UAL Short Courses are seeking a part-time / flexible hours customer service sales and enquiries assistant to support with administrative tasks and welcoming events / course starts from Autumn/Winter term 2025 onwards.
There may also be additional support required on an ad hoc basis.
This person must be someone with great interpersonal skills and experience working in a fast-paced role.
The role will include:
- Welcoming short course students, parents/carers and tutors
- Supporting on course information sharing with stakeholders including students, their parents/carers and tutors
- Responding to Salesforce enquiries and providing information and guidance to prospective short course students.
- Sending out written notifications to students/carers/team members
- Phone answering and message taking
- Ad hoc administrative support as required
- Other general course promotion and support of Short Courses
- Candidates must ensure that they can work Saturdays and some evenings
