Wayfinding Install Assistant

We require Arts Temps to work with us to install the wayfinding signage for this year's degree Show across across Camberwell, Chelsea & Wimbledon colleges. You will be able to work as part of a small team to undertake tasks associated with the installation of the Show wayfinding and signage.  

• 08/06/26 between 9.30AM – 4.30PM at Chelsea College Of Arts  x4
• 10/06/26 between 9.30AM – 4.30PM at Camberwell College Of Arts x4
• 15/06/26 between  9.30AM – 4.30PM at Wimbledon College Of Arts x2

Working with the designers, you will scope the site and assist in ensuring the correct placement and install of vinyl and banners across the building and to its exterior.

You will be comfortable working as part of a team and taking direction from designers who have developed the wayfinding scheme. Safe studio practices are second nature to you, having gained experience through either paid work or your own work. You will be familiar with signage installation tools.

• Have experience of preparing and installing vinyl on to various surfaces
• Competent reading floorplans and RAMS documentation 
• Comfortable with light manual handling
• Must be able to communicate and interact with students and staff professionally
• Must have a calm, positive and flexible approach to problem solving with others
• Must be comfortable using own initiative and taking instructions 
• Must have completed UAL ladder training and be familiar with safe ladder working
• Familiarity with the Camberwell, Chelsea or Wimbledon campuses is a bonus
