Event Assistant Documentation

Job Description

UAL are seeking a talented and dynamic Event Photographer & Videographer for the international conference Critical Costume 2026 at the LCF East Bank building. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos/videos of the event, ensuring all key aspects are featured and providing all doceumentation to the conference team afterwards.

The conference will take place across several floors and contains speaker panels, an exhibition, performances, workshops and podcast recordings. LCF staff will be available on the conference days as a point of contact.

Responsibilities include:

• Taking high-quality photos and short videos
• Working closely with the team to adhere to the brief

Availability:

- Candidates must be available for the following

- 09.00-20.00 9 September

- 09.00-18.00 on 10 September

- 09.00-18.00 on 11 September

Personal Specification

Ideal candidates should possess the following qualities:

• Proven experience in photography
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Proficiency with professional camera equipment
