To be successful in this role you will have:

Great Admin skills

Able to plan, prioritise and organize your own workload, whilst ensuring deadline are met.

able to work collaboratively in a team, and where appropriate across different professional groups, with the ability to ensure the principles of equality, diversity and inclusion are upheld.

able to communicate effectively orally and in writing, be able to draft responses to correspondence.

have an awareness of UKVI and employment legislation.

experience of using MS Office; Word, Excel, Access; Intranet/Internet; HR systems (preferably Midland HR iTrent); applicant tracking systems (preferably Oleeo) is also required.
